l【第一關面試】約1.5小時,將篩出各部門約10名人選,由一位人資主管對6位應試者的集體面試,主動爭取答題
l【第二關面試】與部門最高主管一對一英文面試,包括背景及人格特質問題。
l【評鑑中心】多位高階主管包括事業處總經理、董事長面試,包含15分鐘自我介紹、簡報(10分鐘,約45分鐘準備)、中英文問題、壓力測試(反覆質疑應試者論點)

                       ii.     團體辯論:分兩組進行辯論,推選一位組長,30分鐘討論,30分鐘辯論(由組長開場)
                        iii.    團體面試:面試官為兩位部門主管,詢問背景志向問題。
